1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Andolini’s LLC (“Andolini’s,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you visit andopizza.com (the “Site”), fill out our forms, or sign up for our text-message program. Your privacy matters to us. Please read this policy carefully. By using the Site or providing us your information, you agree to the practices described here.
2. Who We Are
Andolini’s LLC, located at 1548 E 15th St, Tulsa, OK 74120, operates this Site and its related services and is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. If you have questions, contact us at comments@andopizza.com.
3. Information We Collect
We collect information in three main ways:
a. Information you give us directly. When you fill out a form on our Site — such as the catering request, charitable donation request, contact form, or an SMS/text opt-in — we may collect your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, event details, organization name and tax ID (for donation requests), and any other information you choose to provide.
b. Text-message (SMS) program information. If you opt in to our SMS program, we collect your phone number, your consent record (the date, time, and method of opt-in), and message-engagement data such as delivery status and opt-out logs. We do not collect sensitive financial, health, or government-identification details through our SMS program.
c. Information collected automatically (cookies and analytics). When you browse the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain technical information through cookies and similar technologies — such as your device type, browser, approximate location, pages viewed, and how you arrived at and moved through the Site. This is described further in Sections 4 and 5.
We do not knowingly collect payment card numbers on the Site; online orders and gift-card purchases are processed by Toast, our third-party ordering provider, under its own privacy terms.
4. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Cookies are small text files placed on your device that help websites function and understand how visitors use them. We use them to keep the Site working properly and to measure and improve performance through analytics.
When you first visit the Site, you will see a cookie consent banner. You can accept or decline non-essential cookies there, and you can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie Settings” link in the Site footer. Essential cookies needed for the Site to function may still be used. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work as intended if you do.
5. Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics, a web-analytics service provided by Google LLC, to understand how visitors find and use our Site so we can improve it.
Google Analytics collects anonymized browsing and usage data — for example, pages visited, time spent on the Site, approximate (city/region-level) location, device and browser type, and the site or search that referred you. In our current Google Analytics setup (GA4), IP addresses are not stored, and we do not use Google Analytics to identify you personally.

How to opt out of Google Analytics. You have several options:
- Use the cookie consent banner or the “Cookie Settings” link in our footer to decline analytics cookies.
- Install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, which works with Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Microsoft Edge.
- Adjust your browser settings to block or delete cookies, or use your browser’s “Do Not Track” / privacy features.
6. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to catering requests, donation requests, and contact-form messages, and provide the services you ask for.
- Send promotional, transactional, or informational text messages if you have opted in to our SMS program.
- Operate, maintain, measure, and improve the Site and our marketing.
- Comply with legal and recordkeeping obligations, including under the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and Oklahoma law.
7. Text-Message Program: Consent and Opt-Out
Consent. Under the federal TCPA, we send marketing text messages only after you give prior express written consent — for example, by entering your number in a Site form or texting a keyword to our opt-in prompt. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
Oklahoma rules. Consistent with Oklahoma’s telephone-solicitation requirements, we do not send marketing texts outside of 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. in the recipient’s local time.
Opt-out. You can stop receiving texts at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one final confirmation message, and no further marketing texts will be sent. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at comments@andopizza.com. Message and data rates may apply.
8. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run our business:
- Service providers that help us operate — for example, Klaviyo (SMS/email delivery), Google (analytics), Toast (online ordering and gift cards), and our website provider, Forefathers. These providers are permitted to use your information only to perform services for us and are subject to confidentiality obligations.
- Legal and safety reasons — when required by law, to respond to lawful requests, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Andolini’s, our customers, or others.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will require the recipient to honor this policy.
9. Your Choices and Rights
Regardless of where you live, you may:
- Reply STOP to opt out of texts, and decline analytics cookies through our banner or Cookie Settings.
- Contact us at comments@andopizza.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you have provided, or to ask a question about this policy.
Depending on your state of residence, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws — such as the right to know what personal information we hold, to request its deletion, to correct it, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To make a request, email us at comments@andopizza.com and we will respond as required by applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
10. Data Retention and Security
We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy or as required by law, and then delete or de-identify it. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards — such as limited access, secure storage, and encryption where appropriate — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Children’s Privacy
The Site is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us at comments@andopizza.com and we will delete it.
12. Third-Party Links
Our Site links to third-party sites and services (for example, Toast for ordering and gift cards, and our social media pages). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version on this page and update the “Last Updated” date above. Material changes will be effective when posted.
